How do I get a US address?

How long does it take?
Shipments leave the USA every 2 weeks. After that, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to reach Dakar or Banjul and clear customs.
What if my items weigh more than my box size?
We weigh everything when it arrives. If you're over, the extra pounds ($9 each) are charged automatically to the card you paid with, and you get an email receipt right away. No extra steps for you.
Can I combine orders from different stores?
Yes. Ship everything to your US address. We combine it all into one box so you pay once.
Who pays customs?
You do, at pickup. Customs charges are set by the government in Senegal or The Gambia, not by us.
What if something is lost or damaged?
Message us right away with photos. We track every package from the moment it arrives at your US address.
